For this image I wanted to convey Tim Berners Lee's love of railways as he is a keen train spotter and loved model railways as a child which is represented by the train track print across the bottom which is travelling over a map of Toronto. I added the ferris wheel as I feel that it ties in nicely with childhood memories. I added a 512 medicinal pill in the bottom right corner and put a Scarlett lake red circle overlay on the top and then dropped the opacity and married it with the bold text in colour.

For this image I went for an abstract look by taking a picture of the CN tower from Toronto and did an oversize crop on the main hub to make it look like a space ship. I used a circus wagon wheel in the background for an interesting pattern to create a bit of back drop whilst leaving some white space. You can see Tim Berners Lee wearing over the left of the 'spaceship' as he is being abducted. I put a Scarlett Lake square at the bottom like thrust from a rocket. The pink circle is an abstract interpretation of the 512 pill.

I chose to put some white text on the cover, after playing with some greys and red I felt the text needed to stand up against the imagery. The font I picked is keeping with the design as I imagine it to be a newspaper text that would be used by the police to find the culprit. Scarlett lake, is the colour red used in the blood splatter with the opacity turned down. Tim Berners Lee is my next word which is the close up face on the book. I put a red box over the top to marry up with the Scarlett lake blood splatter. If you look at his eye you can see his pupil is a maple leaf which represents my word Toronto. On the left hand side of the image you can see tyre marks which have been left by a wheel which is another of my words. In a grey line you can see the outline of Texas which represents 512 which is the calling number for Austin, Texas.
